 PR1  Support to Go Live  Discussion and agreement regarding how we can best support you from this point to Go Live. We cover what is left to be delivered as standard, whether additional training and consultancy is required and what support you need around the Go Live date.
 PR2 What is the communication plan?  Your process library will only be successful if it is used. It will only be used if everyone in your organisation knows about it. Your communication plan is therefore key. A Go Live celeration is a good way to publicise your Library and Triaster like to celebrate this with you.
 PR3  Which Trusted Partner license should be adopted once the initial deployment comes to an end?

There are various options so it is important to adopt the licence that best supports your organisation’s needs and objectives. It is a good idea to start thinking about this early.
