  • Invite attendees as per agenda for date/location agreed with Triaster
  • Advise delegates of agenda

 OSV1.2  Set room up as per the type indicated on the agenda

E-mail professional.services@triaster.co.uk with the following information:

  • Full address of the training location – including post code
  • Whether a projector will be provided
  • Parking reference or information regarding parking
  • Point of contact on arrival with contact telephone number
  • A list of delegates names and job titles
  • Accommodation details for the consultant, should you chose to make the booking (if required)
 

Room set up

 
Room set up type Requirements
 Both
  • Room to be available from 9:00 – 17:00
  • Room can be secured during breaks
  • Water to be easily available
 Workshop
  • A screen or suitable surface for projection is available. If a projector can be provided please let us know. Otherwise Triaster will supply one.
  • A table is available at the front of the room for the Triaster Consultant’s laptop.
  • There is access to a power socket from the trainer’s table
  • All delegates can see the consultant and any projected information
 Software Training
  • Each delegate to have access to a PC or laptop
  • All PCs/laptops to be set up in accordance with Triaster’s minimum system requirements for Author machines as set out here:

  • All PC’s/laptops to have the latest version of Process Navigator software installed and activated with either the full activation code or the training activation code as appropriate. This will have been e-mailed to you, but please contact customer.services@triaster.co.uk if you can’t trace it
  • All PCs/laptops to be able to join your organisation’s network with access to the Triaster Server. If this is hosted by Triaster all PCs/laptops will need internet access to the library URL provided to you by customer.services@triaster.co.uk  and  the FTP connection should be set up in accordance with Triaster’s instructions
  • A screen or suitable surface for projection is available. If a projector can be provided please let us know. Otherwise Triaster will supply one
  • A table is available at the front of the room for the Triaster Consultant’s laptop
  • There is access to a powers socket from the trainer’s table
