 Objective To train the Library Adminstrator(s) in advanced Triaster software skills
 Attendees

Sub set of Process Council

 Prerequisites

 Have attended:

  • Creating maps for your Library
 Number of days 1 day
 Location

Client site (can be hosted at Triaster’s offices if required)

  • Access will be required to the Server that Triaster resides on to change a number of Menu pages and confirguration files.
 Room set up type  Software training
 Start/finish times, unless otherwise agreed

9:30 – 16:00

(10 minute breaks generally take place at 10:30 and 14:30. Lunch is generally at 12:30 for an hour)

Review of mapping so far

Help, guidance to identify and resolve issues

Adding maps to the menu page structure

Changing configuration files that manage roles, ownership and system lists

Setting up alerts and approvals

Putting a map through the approval cycle

Review of Properties file and make amendments where required

Using the Configuration Tool

Using Process Navigator and the Report Exchange to find and resolve problems

Data replace

Review links to documents and amend where required

Set up ‘Next Review Date’- is it to be enabled
