 Objective To discuss project progress against the agreed objectives and milestones and agree the next professional services days to be delivered.
 Takes place Thress months following Go Live, quarterly thereafter

Process Council

Project Sponsors should be invited to attend as appropriate

 Number of attendees  Around five or six

 Process Library has gone live

 Preparation checklists to action


 Number of days  1/2 day if a site visit, or 1-2 hours if by telephone (overseas)
 1 day if final first year review or 2-3 hours if by telephone (overseas)
 Location  Client site (can be hosted at Triaster’s offices if required)
 Room set up type  Workshop unless by telephone
 Start/finish times, unless otherwise agreed

 9:30 - 12:30 or 13:00 - 16:00 or 9:30 - 16:00

(10 minute break generally take place at 10:30 and 14:30. Lunch is generally at 12:30 for an hour)
