Triaster have pleasure in today announcing the release of the Triaster 2009note 1 suite of process tools and the new Trusted Partner flexible licensing agreements.

The Triaster 2009 suite helps you capture, share, use and improve your processes.

The Triaster 2009 suite contains:

  • Triaster Process Navigator 9.1
  • Triaster Publication Server 9.1
  • Triaster Browser Toolkit Server 9.1
  • Triaster Improvement Workbench Server 9.1

Triaster Process Navigator helps you capture your processes quickly and easily using a standard Microsoft Office interface and with seamless integration to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio.

Triaster Publication Server helps you share your processes with small teams or entire enterprises through a single button-click publish to a web-enabled Process Library.

Triaster Browser Toolkit Server helps your end users use the processes with integrated search, report and analysis tools.

Triaster Improvement Workbench Server helps you improve your processes through the ability to clone Process Libraries, model proposed To-Be process variants and report on the major process performance metrics.

This suite enables you to deliver processes to the fingertips of everyone in your organisation.

The Trusted Partner flexible licensing agreements, introduced in response to customer feedback, move completely away from named end-user licences towards more flexible, transferable licences.

The Triaster 2009 suite and the Trusted Partner flexible licensing agreements are available immediately and all customers are encouraged to upgrade.

Headline benefits of the Triaster 2009 suite are:

  • much easier installation and configuration has lowered implementation time and costs significantly, and reduced on-going technical administration overhead
  • the ability to clone Process Libraries has moved into the end-user domain tasks previously required to be performed by technical administration staff on the servers, turning tasks that used to take 3 or 4 hours into tasks taking just a few seconds. For more information see: How to clone and delete sites and libraries
  • completely flexible licence deployment model which is tied neither to named end-users or organisation size, this reducing licence costs and licence administration overhead
  • completely scalable architecture, simply plug in more servers to respond to increased end-user demand on your Process Libraries. For more information see: How to Plan for and Deploy Triaster Servers
  • new Document Search in Browser Toolkit to enable document content searching across all standard file formats. For more information see: How to use and configure the Document Search

Note 1

From November 2009, all Triaster products in the suite are numbered according to the year of release, and the number of releases in the year. For examples, 9.1 represents the first release of the suite in 2009, 11.4 will represent the 4th release of the suite in calendar year 2011 and so on.

Any version of any Triaster software that is less than 9.1 is out of date and customers are encouraged to upgrade.
