Import properties gives error when node has empty text value

Description:
  1. Create map containing a node that has no name.
  2. Export map to Excel.
  3. Import properties. This will give the following error:

Cause:
 The empty value in the text column causes PN to give an unhandled exception.
 
Workaround:
 Ensure that this column has a value.
 
Fix:
In PN 11.1.10 onwards, a more user-friendly error message is given.
