An OPC Contains Multiple Links to the Same Location

An Off-Page Connector (OPCs) contains multiple hyperlinks to a single location instead of just one.

Possible Causes

This is caused because multiple OPC refresh operations were performed in sequence when file change notification messages were not being sent from the machine hosting the multi-map root (see Multiple OPCs in a Single OPC).

In Process Navigator (version 9.1 or later), run Delete All Off-page Connectors (from the Multi-Map menu option). When this has been completed, run Refresh Off-page Connectors. Once this has been completed successfully, the duplicates will have been eliminated.
Applies to:
  • Process Navigator
