Shape replace will not delete shape

Symptoms:
When performing a shape replace and you wish to delete a shape from the drawing (Such as feedback e-mail) if you set the feedback e-mail shape to replace and leave the replace with field blank, you get the following error message:

An unknown error has occurred during a Shape Replace in the file 'C:\Users\Paul Elson-vining\Desktop\Triaster Test Files\1.07.vdx'. This file will not be saved.

Solution:

If no Replace Shape is specified, then an attempt will be made to delete the Find Shape. 1-D shapes can also be deleted using this method.
