Add a property in Excel

Properties are added simply by adding a column to the Process Elements sheet and naming it Prop:Name, where Name is the name of the property.
 
For example, in the sheet below, when the map is generated, the shape will have a property in it called 'Tested' and its value will be TRUE.

There is no restriction on the number of properties that can be added in this way. If you have information panels that appear on your process maps, the property name must be the same as the one used by the software e.g. for a RACI analysis the responsibility field must be Prop:responsibility
