By default, this only applies to the Prelive site.

If this is ticked, process maps which have a review due date in the past, will trigger an alert to the approver. The subsequent frequency with which these alerts are sent out can be controlled at a per map level by setting the "Frequency (days) of revision overdue alerts" node property in the map.
By default, this only applies to the Live site.

Disable Publication

If the "Disable Publication" tickbox is ticked then the publication will only progress if the content in the site named in the "Check Approval Site" field is all approved.

Publication Actions

Send Whats Changed Alert

A list of changed maps is sent to the e-mail addresses listed in the map's business function. This happens upon publication (by default, this only applies to the Live site).

Archive Maps

If this box is ticked then all maps within the multimap root will be copied into a date-stamped folder (specified by ArchivePath). This should be used with care as a copy of ALL maps (vdx files) will be created on each publish.

Archive HTML

If this box is ticked then the published html of any changed maps will be copied into a date-stamped folder. This resides next to the html folder within a particular site (by default, this only applies to the Live site).

Writes to the Change History report each time a publish is done (by default, this only applies to the Live site).
