Notification email

After a prelive publication takes place an approver will receive a notification e-mail listing the maps they are required to review and approve.

Click the link to take you to the approvals login

Your account will have already been set up by your Library Administrator and you will have received a temporary password by e-mail. If this is the first time you are logging in or have forgotten your e-mail you can use the forgotten password or change password option at the bottom of the screen. Once you have logged in you will see a list of outstanding processes that require approval.

To approve a map without changes tick the approve box and select next at the bottom of the screen. You will then be presented with a final confirmation screen showing the maps you have approved.
You have the option at the bottom of the page to send yourself a confirmation by e-mail of the changes you have made. Once you have pressed the confirm button, the Visio process maps are updated with the new status. The map is then ready for a Live publication

Rework Request

If you are not happy with a process, you can request a rework, you must always give a reason for the rework so the Author knows what to change. The contents of the rework dialogue are then added to an e-mail back to the Author.

The cycle simply repeats itself until the map is approved.
