From 13.4 onwards we have changed our standard Mapstore folder architecture to a new simplified structure which will be require to fully utilise the Alerts and Approvals functionality in future. We advise that you move to this new structure if possible.

The table below shows how the structure will change:

Site Name                 Pre 13.4 structure  New folder structure
 Live  3 Master  Live Maps
 Prelive  3 Master  Prelive Maps
Sandpit  2 Maps for review  Sandpit Maps
   Draft Maps*

*Draft Maps is where you can store your maps before they are moved to the Sandpit Maps folder.

How do I change my folder structure?

If you are on 12.4 or a previous version, please contact customer.services@triaster.co.uk as Triaster will change the folder structure as part of your upgrade.
If you are on version 13.1 or later you are able to change the folder structure yourself using the instructions below. We would strongly recommend that you notify customer.services@triaster.co.uk of when you intend to complete this so that we can insure we can provide support if needed.
