Install Process Navigator on a new Publication Server

Installation Instructions

Install the Software from the Triaster Suite installation folder. Run Setup.exe and follow the setup instructions.

Process Navigator Product Activation

Process Navigator Software needs to be activated on the Publication Server. Log onto the server using the Triaster Publication Service account and then follow the activation process. Activation keys are different from those issued in versions 4.50 and earlier - so even if your software has been previously activated it will need to be done again for 4.6x or 9.1. Before undertaking the activation of the product, the review the following points:
  • Ensure that you request your activation code via the PC running the software.
  • You will be advised what licences you have left to activate, once you've input your activation reference. Publication Servers are licensed on a term basis. Once chosen, you will also need to say how many months you want to activate for - this is final and cannot be amended once activated.
  • The e-mail address you provide when prompted should ideally be the users address, as this is where the final activation code will be sent.

If your company has not received the Activation Reference, contact Triaster as unlike the client software the product can't be used for 10 days by clicking ‘Activate Later’ when prompted.
When you initially use Process Navigator, you will be prompted with the following Activation dialog:

Click "Enter New Activation Code".

Click "Launch Activation Server" and follow the instructions contained on that page.
Enter the Activation Code and click "Apply".
