If you are a Process Mapper then you can install Process Navigator onto your PC as long as you have installation rights on your PC, if you don't then you will have to get an IT Administrator to install the software for you.  You can download the latest version of Process Navigator here.

 

Make sure to check that your computer meets the Minimum System Requirements before you install the software.

The Triaster Server is usually installed by a Triaster Technical Implementer, however we do ask for the following to be downloaded prior to an installation or upgrade. When you do this please save the files to a location that is accessible by the Publication User Account on the Triaster Server, this can be done by an IT Administrator.

 

Make sure to check that your server meets the Minimum System Requirements before the installation date.

If you are using a 32-bit version of Visio (this will apply to all versions of Visio prior to Visio 2010), please download 11.1.10 (32-bit). If you are using a 64-bit version of Visio (this will apply to certain versions of Visio 2010), please download 11.1.10 (64-bit). The above should be followed regardless of operating system (32-bit or 64-bit). Should you not install the correct version, the Process Navigator menu will not appear when you load a Triaster process map in Visio.
